Dear : scientists,
researchers, all those who are interested in kidney
diseases, head of boards and directors of medical
companies.
I am so much interested in kidney failure diseases
for many years now, though I am not a medical doctor.
By the help of God, I do my best to help those who
have kidney failure. With my hard work I came up with a
medicine which is a safe herbal concoction.
The main interest of all scholars and scientists all
over the world, as well as their next strategy, is the
attempt to control it at an earlier stage.
I have been following, as much as I can, the
advances those scholars are achieving, with the aim of
alleviating the problems this disease cause, and the
early detection which will be a great breakthrough. It
will also open new horizons to overcome this disease by

I would like to be one of those who can help, along
with you, to help those who suffer from this disease,
with what I have fulfilled, with the difficulties and
with the limited capabilities all those long years.
I could come up with a liquid oral herbal medical
extract, that can detect if there is a problem or a
damage taking its way to destroy cells of the kidney.
Even before the onset and advance of this disease, we
would see the formations and traces made as a result of
the process of the disease to be solved and go with the
urine. We can see them with the naked eye and have them
analyzed to see their structure. Results would begin to
show ten days after taking this extract which is very
safe, and can be given safely from the first day of the
birth of an infant.
Testing this extract yourself is the only testimony

Introduction about the work idea:
Because I lack the means, and due to my inability to
control clinical tests to prove the truth of what
happens when the medicine “Bara’a”
is taken, and since I know that such medicine can only
find its way to all mankind through scientific research
institutions, which I have been trying to contact them
for years, I couldn’t succeed in this for known reasons.
Therefore I decided to carry out this simple and
semi-primitive trial, according to the means available
to me in order to prove the strength and effectiveness
of such medicine, so that somebody may think and ask why
does this happen?
In order to work together, so that it could reach all
patients worldwide I have the following thoughts.
The aim is to:
1- Prove that this medicine “Bara’a”
can fully and effectively get most formations that had
been formed in the kidney and caused the disease.
2 –Show that this medicine is 100% natural and safe
to be used by humans and animals, for various cases and
ages.
I visited several laboratories to carry out the
tests, which, if proved successful, will help me prove
the effectiveness of this medicine.
I am not interested through these analyses to show
that the disease exists, such as the presence of protein
etc., but what concerns me in such analyses are:
(1) The new forms,
which were not seen and which emerged as well as the
forms seen through the microscope and the new ones.
(2) Standards and
amounts that appeared abnormally in the values of the
analysis.
(3) Description of the
urine as seen by the eye and actual apparent changes
that take place before, during and after the use of the
medicine, and
(4) To know such
formations if possible or anything new that may appear
and be seen with the urine as a result of the use of the
medicine through analysis and the microscope.
This is the first and the only purpose of this work
to prove its authenticity.
But those labs apologized from doing that because
they are unable to do so for technical reasons, because
they saw some materials and forms which they did not see
before and did not know anything about and didn’t study
at college, they told me, so how could they describe
their structure and where they came from, and thus how
could they give me their report on such samples.
Therefore, they refused to give me what I had requested
from them as a formal report.
Therefore, I only recorded what the LAB described to
me orally. I, therefore, decided to carry on without the
laboratory tests but with only describing what is seen
trying to do so with honesty. Such observations did not
exist originally in the urine, before using the
medicine, and their appearance with the use of the
medicine shows that something has occurred and caused
those forms to go out. Therefore, we should know their
structure and the reason of their presence and how they
exited with the urine. There were also some materials
which were seen through the microscopes which, they told
me, they saw for the first time.
Methodology:
Observation and description of the urine sample
accurately, whether it contained anything before taking
the medicine trying to show the things in the urine, and
then replicate this procedure after taking the medicine
for three consecutive days which are the 8, 9, 10 days,
then try to describe the differences and disparities in
terms of form, color and impurities that may appear in
the urine after using the medicine, that’s if the person
whose urine has been tested has any kidney problem, and
hence, all what have been observed by the eye is
registered as well as the observation of the LAB during
the discussion I have with the LAB people on their
remarks, and I would ask repeatedly, ( Is this the first
time you see this ? ).
The people who took the
medicine:
With all safety and confidence of the medicine I gave
the medication to those who worked with me to carry out
that trial, at different ages of life starting from two
and a half years to seventy years old, (75 people), and
with the previous experience of those who took the
medicine. Bearing in mind that some of those volunteers
were healthy and did not complain from any kidney
disease in the past, and some of them complain from the
disease, and some had dialysis and some had transplant
of the kidney.
Notice:
The period of taking the medicine
until the results appear may be about one to ten days,
according to the kidney situation.
Observations after the test and
after taking the medicine:
1-There
were among those who took the medicine three children
of: two years four months old, three years and half a
year old and five years seven months old. There had been
no change on them; their urine did not change before,
during or after taking the medicine and no remarks have
been noticed.
2-The
rest of the volunteers continue; some of them have
problems in heart and blood pressure, diabetes and other
diseases. Some things, sediments, dregs and changes in
the color have appeared in their urine, the thing which
indicates that something had happened in kidneys and
urinary system during taking the medicine.
3-Some
of them are healthy and do not complain of any disease;
there has been no change in their urine color or
structure.
The general observations, urine
changes and what comes out with it, have been seen by
the eye by the patient, the laboratory and me. The
following have been observed:
1-Some
told about strong annoying malodor during urination, but
it disappeared few days after taking the medicine.
2-Substances
look like scurf but they are dark brown and maybe white;
there are a lot of them sometimes and few other times.
Two laboratories told me that these substances (checked
by microscope) are joined cells, i.e. dead and have
nucleus.
3-White
substances look like pus.
4
-Yellowish white substances look like sputum.
5-Some
have seen thin pieces like union slices about 1.5 cm
to2.5 cm long.
6-Substances
like rectangular bags with golden color and about 1cm.
While they
come out, there would be stop and
then hard push in urine.
7-Condensed
bloody pieces in the size of a lentil each and they feel
as meat sometimes.
8-Substances
like cotton white threads, and they are numerous and
dense sometimes.
9-Very
dark hematuria accompanied with dirt like metals and
urine returns clear white after it.
10-Urine
color differs from a person to another; it may be smoky
white, azure, creamy or dark creamy. It is very turbid
sometimes and dark other times.
11-Powdery
sands like parings sometimes.
12-Smooth
small stones with beautiful colors.
What have been seen by microscope:
There are some substances that can
not be seen by the naked eye, but I know about them
directly and orally by the laboratory. I try my best to
know more but this will not be unless I make a public
laboratory research. These substances are: 1- Shapes
like thin threads (bacilli), i.e. microscopic and can
not be seen by the naked eye. They are blue, red and
turquoise; they are numerous but we could not know their
structure. The laboratory who saw them said that he had
never seen such things before, although he had 30 years
of experience in laboratory work.
Here are some reports of those who used the medicine (Bara'a):
1)
For me, the most important report or the most important
person among those is what you read now because of his
experience, i.e. laboratory for 27 years, and because he
has made many analyses for himself daily along and after
the period of taking the medicine. He checks and
inspects by microscope. Here we have what he said:
Mr. D. Ahmad, 47 years old; he
suffers from pains in the kidney area for years
especially in winter and during fasting hours. He has
few amounts of lime sands as the previous laboratory
analyses indicate.
After 24 hours of taking the medicine
(Bara'a), the medicine
has began to affect.
His observations on urinalysis:
very great amounts of epithelial cells and pus casts
appeared at mornings (by microscope) and great amounts
of calcium citrus appeared at afternoons.
In the second day, epithelial cells,
pus casts and sands appeared in amounts more than the
previous day.
In the third day, epithelial cells,
pus casts and sands are more than the second day. He
sees a lot of them in all urination processes with pain
before urination and relief after it. Then, pus casts
disappeared and he still sees sands only.

A patient of 67 years has undergone dialysis since
16-1-2007. She suffers from coronary failure and auricle
palpitation in heart and previous diabetes and
hypertension. While using the medicine (Bara'a),
she has been observed by the laboratory of the previous
report (Mr. Ahmad, no.1).
The observation:
Before using the medicine (Bara'a),
granular casts have been seen in her urine.
During and after a month of taking
it, granular casts disappeared totally and epithelial
cells appeared in high numbers. In addition, many big
red, turquoise or blue bacilli are seen, by microscope,
in the shape of irregular network. There have been also
small light-brown scurf and when examined by microscope,
they appear to be epithelial cells, heaped up and joined

research is humble, nay...it is less than that, yet its
obvious results hide many things that will make
questions for those who concern and we have to work to
find answers. During short time and less than 15 days,
we can be sure of this medicine efficiency and we may
discover other things, not mentioned here, to be as
knowledge and service for the patient and the disease
itself, this is for my part.

You say that it is difficult to
detect this disease early since its symptoms do not

You ask what can be done to detect,
